EBTrans Safety Week: Together for a Stronger Safety Culture

The EBTrans Safety Week recently concluded, bringing all our employees together around a common goal: making safety a shared priority for everyone, far beyond the company’s safety specialists.

A Week of Camaraderie and Commitment
This event gathered drivers, operators, mechanics, washers, administrative staff, QHSE teams, and managers to rethink our ways of working and ensure that accidents are never seen as inevitable.

A Rich and Innovative Program
Highlights of the week included:

  • Simulations of working at heights with harness use,
  • A “Spot the 7 Errors” game on our vehicles to raise driver awareness,
  • Hands-on tractor experience for administrative staff,
  • “5-Minute” exercises for effective muscle warm-ups,
  • Dressing a mannequin with PPE tailored to each activity,
  • A quiz on CSR challenges,
  • Driving and maneuvering tests,
  • Awareness activities on “nose language” with a referential odors card game,
  • Blind spot exercises,
  • An obstacle course using distortion glasses to simulate the effects of alcohol or drugs.

Towards a Sustainable Safety Culture
This Safety Week is part of the broader Safety Culture program launched by EBTrans a few months ago.
-> Through this innovative and collaborative approach, our management and operational teams work hand in hand to transform our safety practices and behaviors sustainably. With over 4,000 employees across Europe, we collaborate daily with our clients to prevent all types of accidents, whether serious or minor.

A Shared Commitment to a Future Without Accidents
At EBTrans, safety is a collective commitment that transcends roles and functions. Together, we are moving towards safer, more responsible, and more respectful logistics for everyone.
